I have been involved in the housing industry for over 40 years, first as a union carpenter, then as a general contractor and for more than 10 years as a full time Realtor. I work with buyers and sellers of residential real estate, with investors and with developers in Santa Cruz County and throughout the greater Monterey Bay area. I strive to provide my clients with the very best service possible. I am a graduate of Cabrillo College and the University of California Santa Cruz. I have lived and worked in Santa Cruz County since 1972. I am actively involved in our community. I serve on the Board of Directors of the Arbor Cove Senior Commons, a senior housing facility. I serve as President of the Board of Directors of the Friends of the Santa Cruz Public Libraries. I have served as a CASA advocate and I am a member of the Santa Cruz Longboard Union Surfing Club. I am active supporter of a number of local charities including our Museum of Art & History and KZSC College Radio. I have earned the GRI and e-Pro designations and last year I achieved our company's highest sales award, Circle of Champions. My building back round, extensive local knowledge and education affords me to the opportunity to help my clients analyze their home buying and selling decisions from the point of view of experience and knowledge. I am blessed to live in one of the most beautiful geographical areas on earth. Our beaches border the Monterey Bay Marine Sanctuary and our community is surrounded by the Santa Cruz Mountains, home to dramatic redwood forests and a diverse collection of flora and fauna. I get to enjoy surfing, mountain biking, golf and tennis and I take full advantage of these opportunities whenever possible. I also enjoy singing in my church choir, wine tasting at our local wineries and dining at many of our great local restaurants.
