Pete Collin was the realtor for the sale of my parents home in so Cal California 2 years ago. I cannot Verbalize how Pete facilitated this transaction to do him Justice. There so many aspects that Pete help us with a in order for my parents to sell their home it is hard to list them all but to name a few he came out and did a site inspection at the very beginning and gave us at list of invaluable compliments. He followed through throughout this entire process often acting as if he were the one doing the work himself. Pete Cullen has a background in construction and it was obvious. During the salesman part of the transaction he performed excellently stage the home in a beautiful manner and because of the recommendations he made it wasn't entirely different house then when my parents lived there. We had offers within days to in fact both significantly over the asking price and when the 1st deal fell apart Pete had already signed the backup offer so there was no stress in the smooth transition and the backup offer on the home today. In my opinion you would be foolhardy and lying to yourself if you think another realtor can perform better for you than Pete. Cherrs

Pete did an amazing job helping my wife and I go through the entire process of finding and buying our first home.

Pete spent a few hours first meeting with us on a Saturday and he left us with some valuable insight and his personal assurance that he was going to be on the lookout for properties that fit the price and location parameters we gave him.

He sent us an email Friday morning about a property that was going on the market that same day. He offered to show us the property that same day which was the day before the official open house. We saw it, loved it, and after some discussion my wife and I asked Pete to go ahead and put an offer in for us.

There were multiple offers and, even when we were feeling discouraged, Pete kept reassuring us that "if it's meant to be it will be".

Our offer was chosen and Pete worked closely with our mortgage broker Mark Junod to complete a quick closing.

I strongly refer Pete because of his willingness to go above and beyond for his clients in terms of patience and answering even the most detailed questions coming from those who have no experience in the housing market.

Pete has been great to work with! He first used his knowledge and experience to help me and my wife sell our place. He priced it perfectly to yield quite a bit of interest and a great selling price.

When it came to us getting into our new home, Pete was such an asset. As soon as we saw the home we bought come onto the market, he arranged time for us to actually visit the home the next day. We told Pete that we wanted to make an offer and then after a counter-offer we got it.

The next few weeks were very hectic. There were so many forms that needed to be reviewed and DocuSigned but Pete was there for us. He was ready to explain any of the forms that my wife and I didn't understand.

I've done many real estate transactions. Pete was the best realtor anyone could ask for. He is super knowledgeable about the area. He helped us flush out 17 different neighborhoods. He was patient and listened to what we needed. He helped us put together the offer that worked. In this crazy seller's market, we only put out one offer for one house and voila, we now own in our dream neighborhood. It does not stop there with Pete. Pete now is helping with after care. He is so well connected, we are getting introduced do a dozen people that can help us with our needs. He incredible knowledge of construction is such a huge bonus on evaluating homes and knowing what you are getting. I have bought and sold several homes in my life, but this was by far my best experience. With Pete and Tarah's guidance I was able to sell my home for top dollar. They even project managed the improvements on my home while my wife and I had already retired to Tennessee. For me, doing something like allowing others to manage improvements to my home while I am away takes a very high level of trust, but there was never a hitch and everything went according to plan. Pete and Tarah are the best agents one could ever hope for. Very thorough and good communicators. They provided inspection and repair resources that were good. Overall amazing. We were purchasing from a distance and they took care of everything so I didn't have to be there. We started with a long distance relationship, since we were located near the East Coast and wanted to buy a second home in the Santa Cruz area.
